Join Wiebke, founder of our little Bali in Bondi, Reiki Master & Psychologist for this four-week online course and discover ways to integrate mindfulness in your daily life, helping you cultivate more presence, compassion, and peace.
Course Schedule and Logistics
There are four weekly classes, each 90 minutes long, which allows time for practice, new content, and dialogue as we explore ways to live with a more open, peaceful, and balanced heart and mind.

Minimum Age: 18 and no longer in high school
Sliding Scale Tuition
Use my sliding scale tuition to choose what you pay based on your circumstances. Help me make mindfulness courses available to all by selecting the highest amount appropriate for you. Tuition covers hours of class time and all course materials, and includes the following options:
- $200 —Sponsor Tuition: This tuition helps support others who need assistance
- $160 —Standard Tuition: This is the regular tuition
- $120 —Reduced Tuition: If the standard tuition is a stretch for you
- $80 —Supported Tuition: If you are a full-time student or are experiencing financial hardship

TO REGISTER: Put a $50 deposit down to register. I will be in touch then and we can discuss which of the above options is best for your circumstances. Full fee will need to be paid prior course begin in November.
Weekly Topics
- Week 1: Working with thoughts/waking up from autopilot
- Week 2: Relating to emotions and working with limits
- Week 3: Interrupting the downward spiral
- Week 4: Navigating difficulty and waking up to life
Course Material
To support you as we explore the weekly topics, you will receive supplemental material, including:
- Recorded meditations for “formal” home practice, an average of 10 – 20 minutes long
- Informal practices to help you apply and integrate mindfulness and compassion in practical ways, enabling you to live more mindfully day to day
- Optional material for deeper exploration
This course is designed for those who have some introductory mindfulness experience or those who have a mindbody practice in place (yoga, dancing, surfing, counsellor, any healing practices…).
