Hi, I’m Meg
I am a Clinical Psychologist providing therapy and psychological assessments for children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-understanding, whether they’re experiencing anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, grief, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative and supportive experience. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting change.
About Meg:
I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with a Master of Psychology (Clinical), providing evidence-based therapy and psychological assessments for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Throughout my career, I have worked in both public and private settings, including schools, child protection, suicide prevention services, and private practice. These experiences have provided me with a broad understanding of the diverse challenges people face across the lifespan and continue to shape my compassionate, person-centred approach to therapy.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and neuroaffirming, drawing on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and attachment-based frameworks. I tailor therapy to each individual’s unique strengths, goals, and circumstances, recognising that no two people or families are the same.
I work with a broad range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, autism, chronic illness, perinatal and postpartum mental health, parent-child attachment, and relationship challenges. I also provide comprehensive psychological assessments for ADHD, autism, cognitive functioning, and learning disorders to support accurate diagnosis, deepen understanding, and guide meaningful recommendations.
I am passionate about helping people develop practical skills, gain insight, and build resilience while creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, respected, and supported throughout their journey. My goal is to help individuals and families better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.
