Hi, I’m Wiebke (Veebkah)
I believe true change starts with the inner work. I work with clients to break free from self-sabotaging patterns, understand their triggers with clarity, and take back control in navigating challenging relationship dynamics. I integrate neuroscience, CBT, and somatic therapy. This approach has been transformative, enabling my clients to live, love and lead with greater peace and competence.

About Wiebke:
As an integrative psychologist, trauma-informed coach, and behaviour change expert, Wiebke has spent 17+ years supporting individuals and groups to improve their mental health—breaking unhelpful patterns, understanding triggers, and transforming their lives from the inside out to create greater impact, peace, and relief.
Clients often describe her as a beautifully warm presence, while her approach is refreshingly direct and grounded. She is regarded as a trusted partner who brings warmth, compassion, and a practical approach to life’s challenges.
Wiebke has been through the ‘hard stuff’ herself and meets people with authenticity and respect—honouring each person’s unique story, building on their strengths, and creating the conditions for lasting change.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in integrative, evidence-based therapies, rooted in the understanding that trauma lives in the body and that healing must include it. She draws from Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Imagery Rescripting & Reprocessing Therapy (IRRT). These methods help clients find relief from overwhelming emotions, develop insight into their patterns, and experience a sense of safety and regulation.
Her areas of specialisation include anxiety, trauma recovery, self-esteem, people-pleasing patterns, navigating difficult relationship dynamics, life transitions, and breaking free from unhealthy emotional and behavioural cycles or feelings of being stuck.
Alongside her private practice, Wiebke supports organisations to strengthen leadership and team culture—empowering people to work with greater confidence, collaboration, and impact.
Wiebke has completed her clinical training at universities across Europe and holds both a BA and Master’s degree in Psychology, along with advanced training in evidence-based psychotherapies, hypnosis, and trauma-informed coaching.
After gaining experience in private hospital settings, she established a private practice in Germany before continuing her work here in Australia. She now works with individuals aged 18 and over who are committed to improving their mental health and life.
Her services are available privately, without the need for a referral, and she offers sessions in both German and English.
