The Meditation Club: Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Class
October 3, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - January 30, 2024 @ 6:00 pm
Calm your mind, regulate your nervous system and reduce your anxiety with mindfulness meditation.
What is the Meditation Club?
The Meditation Club will support you in meditating consistently so that you can experience the scientifically proven benefits which include reducing anxiety and depression, improving sleep and focus.
In this weekly class, you’ll learn Tibetan Buddhist meditation techniques and principles for calming your racing mind, increasing your self-awareness, relaxing your nervous system and accessing your inner buddha nature of peace and harmony. Coming into alignment with yourself, you’ll experience more ease and loving connection in your everyday life.
Meditation was traditionally taught in a group with a teacher as a relational process and sitting together creates a powerful vibration, a slick stream, that you will benefit from when you come regularly.
During the class you’ll receive guided meditation instructions that will be easy for you to take home and practice on your own. Studies show that just 10 minutes a day consistently can start to change your brain and allow the benefits such as anxiety reduction to be felt.
There will also be an opportunity for you to connect with others.
