Experience your breath as a tool for regulation, vitality, and connection. You will expand with your breath to cleanse your body, boost your immunity, and access a deep state of presence.

Breath of Bliss has created a pivotal paradigm shift in the world of breathwork! This innovative program draws on the work of Science of Mind, Tantra, and a vast array of conscious loving life coaching exercises that amplify your sense of wholeness. Through inquiry, participants develop self-awareness and radical self-responsibility ~ moving beyond victimhood, trauma, and drama towards a total awareness and the bliss that is aroused from allowing everything to be exactly as it is. In this place we remember that we are connected, resourceful, and whole and that there is nothing broken that needs to be fixed or healed. Healing is a revelation of the fundamental harmony within.

The experience begins with movement, deep sharing, and conscious loving exercises and deepens as we lie down for an hour of circular breathing. The journey is sensitively led with vocal guidance, empowering affirmations, carefully selected music, and vocal sonic healing. This results in Powerful, mind-altering experiences of heart-opening, connection, and awareness!

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR: Kat Barker has a passion for self-awareness, connection, nervous system regulation, creativity, self-realisation, movement and dance, sustainability, vulnerability as a strength, and the interdependence of human connection, life, and earth. She is an artist who has been teaching and facilitating for over 15 years. Kat started facilitating breath of bliss sessions 5 years ago and has recently completed Masters of Gestalt therapy.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Please do not drink alcohol or take any mind-altering substances prior to attending this session. Ensure you are well hydrated, well-rested, and have eaten before arriving. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, have asthma, heart conditions, epilepsy, or any other health conditions that concern you.
